There are 99 homes in Sunnybrooke situated on 39 acres with over 14 acres of common areas that include almost 3 ‘surface water’ acres across 3 retention ponds. We have 2 fountains and a lighted entrance sign. The HOA leases 15 streetlights to help keep our neighborhood safe. The HOA maintains 100 ‘boulevard’ trees lining one side of each street. We have almost 900 feet x 45 feet of frontage trees and grass along Sunnyside Road that we maintain.

Our highly committed, all volunteer Board of Directors, is fueled by a deep commitment to serving the community. Whether taking care of an improvement request or overseeing the maintenance of common areas, we work hard to keep our community looking like a brochure. No management fees are paid to a third party.
